Every refund or exchange is on an item by item, customer by customer basis.
You must have the following when trying to return any item:
• Receipt of the Purchase, including Method of Payment Used
• Be within 30 days of the Original Transaction
• Item(s) must be in resellable condition, clean and without any dirty, hair, oil, or alterations.
• Damaged goods cannot, and will not, be refunded.
• Items like Electric Fence Chargers and Clippers that are defective will be refunded at the sales persons discretion.
You may always contact a manager or one of the owners if necessary. We try to work with each individual situation and each customer. That being said, we do reserve the right to use our own judgement.
